We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2024, at the age of 93, Ida Hammersley of Rose Hill, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Odell Hammersley; her daughter Barbara Young; and her siblings, Arthur Jr., Mae, Sarah and Dee.
She is survived by : her daughters, Wilma Caven and Theresa Harbin; her son-in-law Dennis Harbin; her grandchildren, Ken, Jennifer, Heather, Crystal, Michael, Patrick, Steven and David; and her sister Fleta Agee (VA). She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren and 2 great - great grandchildren.
