She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfred Lee Lanningham and Betty Jean Lanningham (Williams); her brother David Lanningham; and her pet Scrappy. She is survived by: her husband Frank Neal Jr.; her daughter Ivy Elizabeth Barber; her sister Dianne Collins (James); her nieces and nephews, Shannon Saylor, Daniel Crabtree and Lindsey McCurry (Josh); and her great-nephews, Dylan and Riley McCurry.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Robinette Funeral Home (207 Deroyal Industries Rd, Rose Hill, VA 24281). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
