He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Vance and Beulah Dotson Vance; and his brother Jerry W. Vance. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Gail Baldwin Vance; and his siblings, Bob Vance (Phyllis), Dean Vance (Connie), Willis Vance (Anita), Judy Ray and Jeannie Compton (Johnny). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Greenhills Memory Gardens (11800 Gov George C. Peery Hwy, Cedar Bluff, VA 24609).
