Sara left this world on July 17, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Cassell and Helen Fletcher; her husband Harold Whited; and her brother-in-law Sam Whited. She is survived by: her son Stephen Whited; her sisters-in-law, Becky Whited of Rosedale, VA and Linda Dye (Roger) of Charlotte, NC; and her sibling's children, Ginger Hale (Tim), Penny Farmer (Greg), Jessica Stevens (Rick), Jamie Campbell (Robert), Danny Dye and Billy Dye.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Clinch Valley Memorial Cemetery (3201 W Front Street, Richlands, VA 24641). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at the Clinch Valley Memorial Cemetery West Front (3201 W Front Street, Richlands, VA 24641).
