She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Fields and Frankie Ann Fields. She is survived by: her sisters, Marion Brown, Gwen Black, Laverne Napier and Sylvia Witt; her grandson Austin Mattox; her husband Carlton Mattox; her brother Jim Fields; her children, Keith Mattox (Rita), Diane Crickenberger (Rick) and Scott Mattox; her grandchildren, Amy Ellinger (Nick), Kimberly (Tristan), Kyle Crickenberger (Chelsey), Megan Boyd (Quinton), Hannah Fowler (Rocky) and Hayden (Sierra); and her great grandchildren, Nathan, Christian, Marley, Lila, Raelynn, Brixton, Kimber, Easton, Waylon, Julliet, Maggie, Harlee, Stella, Ruby, Worth and Oaklen.
