Weakley, Jr.; her grandson Joshua Weakley; her daughter Debbie; her son-in-law Randy Quintana of Lovettsville, VA; her children, Kristen, Steven, Luke, Travis and Max; and her great grandchild Miranda.

Donations can be made to Blue Ridge Hospice or St. Jude's Children hospital.
