She is survived by: her husband Joel Burke; her daughter Addison "Addie" Burke; and her siblings, Jimmy Hess (Lisa), Allen Hess (Wanda), Timmy Hess (Donita) and Regina Reynolds (Thurman). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
