With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Winifred Lester of Rowe, Virginia, who passed away on May 27, 2026 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Linnie Lester; his wife Ollie Street Lester; and his brother Curtis Hess. He is survived by: his daughters, Wilma Hale (Anthony) and Thelma Arwood (Jeff); his grandchildren, Dustin Fuller (Kristen), Elisabeth Jackson (Austin), Maelyn Smith, Conner Smith, Morgan Hale (Jeffery) and Lucas Hale; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Addie, Peyton, Parker, Paisley and Arya; his siblings, Alberta Mullins and John Lester; and his sisters-in-law, Gay Street and Mabel Street. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
