He was predeceased by: his parents, Lola F. Kersey and Willie Wetzel "Pat" Kersey; his significant other Martha Kersey; and his brother Wetzel Kersey. He is survived by: his sister Anna Ruth Looney; his daughters, Kimberly Long (Mark), Cynthia Mott (Paul) and Kim Hutchinson (Stuart); his niece Pam Morgan; and his nephew Greg Hoylman. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
