He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy D. Heldreth and Rosa Hall Heldreth; his son Kirk Heldreth; and his sisters, Lotie Vinson, Maxie Arnold, Pansy Evans, Bernice Gunter, Zella Arney and Jeanette Allen.

He is survived by: his wife Tina M. Heldreth; his children, Jamie Earles and Eddie Heldreth (Rita); his daughter-in-law Laura Heldreth; his stepchildren, Crystal Cooley (Josh) and Michael Shupe; his grandchildren, Amanda Walk, Shawna Cook, Chelsea Heldreth (Ben), Janelle Gordon (Scott), Matthew Heldreth (Shelbie), Randall Heldreth (Emily) and Chase Heldreth (Alexis); and his stepgrandchildren, Alex, Ayden, Alivia Cooley and Kasey Shupe. He is also survived by step-grandchildren and great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
