She was predeceased by : her parents, Marion Greever Stowers and Carmel Atwell Stowers; her brothers, G. "Buddy" Stowers and Manuel W. Stowers; her foster brother Harold "Butch" Atwell; and her sister Mozell Ledsome.
She is survived by : her husband Billy Ray Hall of Rural Retreat; her children, Thelma Miller (Mike) of Crockett, Brenda Gilbert (David) of Rural Retreat, Fred C. "Buster" Atwell (Alice) of Pilot Mountain, NC and Michael Hall of Rural Retreat; her grandchildren, Julie Gillispie (Jay) of Stephens City, VA. and Ann-Alyssa Hill (Brian) of Richmond; her great grandchildren, Lauren Gillispie, Allison Tuttle, Grace Tuttle, Sophie Hill, Naomi Hill, Austin Lehmkuhl and Ashlynn Dickinson (Will); and her sisters-in-law, Frances Stowers of Wytheville, Betty Anderson of Sugar Grove and Betty Atwell of Ft. Chiswell. She is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
