He was predeceased by: his father Virgel Scott Kendall; his stepfather Ellis Crigger; and his stepbrother Joe Stamper. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Louise K. Crigger; his brother David Scott Kendall (Donna Lynn Compton); his grandmother Jean Kendall; his stepmother Rita Kendall; and his stepbrothers, James Stamper and Jeff Stamper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
