She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank W. Cummins and Madge Druley Cummins; her husband Lyman Johnson; and her siblings, Joan Basham and Earl Cummins.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie J. Litchford (Jimmy), Walter L. Johnson, Richard L. Johnson (Lori) and Gregory M. Johnson (Caroline); her grandchildren, Whitney Kramer (Jeb), Ryan Litchford (Missy), Tyler Litchford (Laura), Alex Hathaway and Marlon Johnson; her great grandchildren, Blake Kramer (Sara), Aaron Kramer (Allie), Grace Kramer, Daegan Litchford, Taylor Litchford, Rylee Litchford and Olivia Litchford; and her sister Nell Cheek. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
