He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas McTier and Evelyn McTier; and his significant other Tom Ingram. He is survived by: his brother Rob McTier; his cousin Kaye Hare; his close friends, Martha Ingram, Joe Ingram, Raymond Ingram and Erika Burks; and also, Randy and Debbie Mills. He is also survived by his partner's grandchildren, and many dear family and friends.
