She was predeceased by: her husband Norvell L. Anderson, Sr.; her parents, George Jenkis and Lizzie Burrell Jenkis; and her siblings, Wayman Jenkins, Nayman Jenkins of Olethia Roberson, A. L, Jenkins, Jr., Ernest Jenkins and Lelar Bowling.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Ann McCoy (Mitchell); her children, Norvell Anderson, Jr., Calvin Anderson (Jacqueline), Mauri Anderson (Mallory), Angela Rose (Larry) and Stacy Anderson; and her grandchildren, Lee Anderson (Myesha), Timmy Anderson (Summer), Marcus Rose, Cedric Anderson (Andrea), Corey Rose, Kirby Anderson, Jaden Anderson, Robin Anderson, Kyla Rose, Mia Anderson and Tia Anderson. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cross Road Baptist Church (191 Cross Roads Ln, Evington, VA 24550). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
