Olive Mae Norman Pillow Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 6, 2024, Olive Mae Norman Pillow of Rustburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hiram Norman and Avis Nettie Brooks Norman; her siblings, Nettie Avis Norman Grant and Robert Hiram Norman, Jr.; her husband James Paul Pillow, II; her son James Paul Pillow, III; and her son-in-law Morris Hodnett.

She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Louise Hodnett, Avis Nettie Pillow and Tanya Renee Nixon (Russell Nixon); her grandchildren, Lauren Nixon Marshall (Travis Marshall), Blake Nixon, Amaya Nixon (Tyler Garbee) and Nicholas J. Pillow; and her adoptive son Roddy McDaniel. She is also survived by many other grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
