He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Bell Chambers and Herbert Nathaniel Chambers. He is survived by: his sibling Gail Douglas; his sisters-in-law, Rhonda Lundy and Dawn Davis of Germantown, Maryland.; his nieces, Jessica Douglas, Brianna Ellis, April Powell and Amber Lundy Gibson; and his nephew Leo Lundy III.
