He is survived by: his children, Vickie Webb, Gary and Kirk Owens; his grandchildren, Jenna Holt, Eric Owens, Alex Owens, Dylan Owens and Ryan Owens; his great grandchildren, Tristan, Elyse, Emmette and Georgia; and his brother Carl Owens. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
