He was predeceased by: his father Robert Arthur Cabler, Sr.; and his close friend Jason Randoo. He is survived by: his mother Verneice Walthall Cabler; his children, Kieonna W. Strong and DeAndre Strong; his grandchildren, Major Greer of Sioux City, Iowa and Zayden Martensen of Sioux City, Iowa; his siblings, Providencia Cabler of Lynchburg, Dr. Kathy Ramona Franklin of Forest, Vanessa Patillo (Danny) of Evington, Joan Franklin (Jeffery) of Richmond, Carl Allen of Rustburg and Dr. Atul Gupta of Lynchburg, Virginia; his cousins, Ricky Walthall of Rocky Mount, Houston Walthall and Marvin Cabler of Evington, Virginia; and his close friends, Vincent Anderson of Lynchburg and Dr. LeRoy Owens of Washington, D. C.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
