She is survived by: her children, Alex Peyton Collins and Autumn Savannah Reynolds; her stepdaughter Amber M. Betterton; her grandchildren, Ayden James Collins, Lakelyn Jace King and Liam Owen Betterton; her uncle D. Wayne Williams (Sandra); her sister Laura Henry (Joseph); her stepmother Fran Williams; and her sibling's children, Victoria G. Walden, Adriana E. Sita and Anthony James Sita.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the American Kidney Foundation or Wounded Warriors.
