We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2026, at the age of 91, Shirly Jean Schlaack Conger of Rustburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Reinhold Walter Schlaack and Frances Leona Beebe Schlaack. She is survived by: her former husband Paul Rae Conger; her children, Michael Conger (Julia), Ronald Conger, Linda Kibbe (Steve), Eric Conger and Jodi Cubney (Brian); her grandchildren, Carrie Huot (Michael), Samantha Conger, Joshua Conger, Elizabeth Conger, Tommy Bradner, Brian Cadney, Jr. and Jennifer Kick (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Paul Huot, Leopold Huot and Ryan Huot.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Living Water Ministries (1071 Waterlick Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24501).
