He was predeceased by: his father Justin Smith; and his great-grandparents, Ralph, Mary Wood and Cleo Barber. He is survived by: his mother Shellie Wood Smith; his wife Amber Wood; his siblings, Ayden Smith and Sutton Smith; his grandparents, Phillip and Pat Wood; his uncles, Steven Wood (Diana) and Brian Wood; his cousins, McCall and McKinzlie Wood; his siblings-in-law, Morgan Brantley (Garrett) and Blaise Hammond; and his in-laws, Betsy Garner and Keith Garner (Kelly).
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM and on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM. A memorial service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the New Chapel Baptist Church.
