He is survived by: his children, Kelly Cecil (David Swain) and William C. "Bill" Scott, Jr. (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Jasmine Franklin (Neil), T. J. Martin (Brittany), Tristan Bennett, Toria Bennett and Blair Scott (La'Bris); his great grandchildren, Alexis Franklin, Ryan Franklin, Breanna Martin, Raimey Adams and Harmony Adams; his sisters, Elizabeth Jones and Marion Tweedy; his nephew Alfred Smith (Pam); and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Smith (Sam), Valerie Cunningham and Alfred "Red" Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
