He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Everett Stevens and Lula Allen Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Smith Stevens; his children, Deirdre Stevens Skogen (Joel) and Charles Hugh Stevens, Jr. (Lynn); his siblings, Esther Stevens Jacobs and Edwin Randolph Stevens; his grandchildren, Madeleine Grace Ownby, Charles Hugh Stevens III and Adele Celine Stevens; and his stepgrandson Erik Joel Skogen. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
