He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuel Stenzel and Caroline Stenzel; and his brother Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judi" Crombie; his children, Kristi Stenzel Martin (Brian Martin), Scott Stenzel (Michele Miller) and Wendy Stenzel Oleston (Ryan Oleston); his grandchildren, Alyssa Martin, Reiley Martin, Jake Stenzel, Brett Oleston and Caroline Oleston; and his siblings-in-law, Carrol Crombie (Ann), Fritz Crombie (Jeannie) and Babs Crombie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Dean's memory can be made to Habitat for Humanity as a tribute to his generous spirit and commitment to helping others. Donations can also be made to Good Samaritan Hospice in his name.
