Charles I. Dimmick Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles I. Dimmick of Salem, Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on March 13, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Charles Dimmick and Marion Dimmick; his parents-in-law, Clarence and Effie St. Clair; and his siblings-in-law, James St. Clair, Kenny St. Clair, Buford St. Clair, George St. Clair, Lee Davis, Leon Martin and Josephine Martin.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Dimmick; his sisters, Betty Dilla, Pricilla Storch and Kay Dimmick; and his siblings-in-law, Juanita Davis, Jean St. Clair, Judy St. Clair, Lorraine St. Clair and Paul St. Clair. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Davis and McDaniel Care Center and the Salem Veterans Administration.
