He is survived by: his cousins, Bernice Willis, Michael Willis and Mary Smith (Tootsie); his close friend Teresa Sherman; his siblings, David J Carter of Maryland, Frank Morris of Roanoke, Patricia Caroline of Roanoke, Lila Anderson of Roanoke and Bonnie Smith (Larry) of Roanoke; his goddaughters, Danielle Knight (Robert) of Northern Va and Tateona Henderson of Carrboro, NC; Brandy Trigg (Cecil) and Clarence Sherman (CJ). He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, other relatives and many friends.
