She was predeceased by: her husband John B. McDaniel. She is survived by: her sister Janice Sheppard of Roanoke; and her sisters-in-law, Missy Greer of Salem and Jeri Greer of Thaxton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice House in Roanoke, in appreciation for the exceptional care and compassion they provided.
