He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Frank Thornton and Minnie Myrtle Hollandsworth Thornton; his sister Carmel; his wife Barbara Anne Graham; and his children, Tim, Pam, Maggie and Matthew. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
