He was predeceased by: his parents, Sgt. Charles Thomas and Joyce Darlene Halstead Eary. He is survived by: his significant other Virginia Finch; his daughters, Kayla N. Eary (Vijay), Courtney D. Eary Jobe and Cheyenne R. Eary (Steven); his grandchildren, Josiah Jobe, Elijah Jobe, Aubrie Wright, Christopher Nichols and Skylar Nichols (Chipmunk); his siblings, Edward Eary (Deborah) and Lora Muncy (Rex); his close friend Margo Wolfe; his sister Margo Wolfe; his brother-in-law Billy Law; his uncle Larry Gilpin; and his pets, Teddy and Stella.
