He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lee Brogan and Eula Knowles Brogan; and his siblings, Margaret Brogan Gruner (George Gruner, Jr.), George Robert Brogan (Marion Brogan), Paul (Betty Brogan), Joe (Joyce Brogan), Ruth Brogan Corekin (Robert Corekin) and William "Bill" (Margaret Ann Brogan).
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Spangler Brogan; and his children, Martha Brogan Dean (Gary), Mark Brogan, Marshall Brogan (Terrie), Mary Brogan Wilson (Marc) and Marilyn Brogan (Cutler Edwards). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
