He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Thurston and Mary Thurston; and his wife Connie Amos Thurston. He is survived by: his children, Daryl Thurston (Christine) and Jessica Carmen; his sister Mary; his grandchildren, Jack, Brooks and Charlotte; and his close friend Jennifer Chaney.
