He is survived by: his parents, Dennis "Mike" Gardner, Sr. and Pamela "Pam" Rae Vandall; his wife Penny Jo Gardner; his children, Meghan Dennis (Allen), Kaitlyn Kuhn (Karl), Elizabeth Gardner and Michael Gardner; his sibling Michele Leclerc (Phillip); and his grandchildren, Madison, Cody, Mackenzie Dennis, Riley and Parker Kuhn.
