He is survived by: his mother Mary Farel of Charlotte, NC.; his significant other Carol Davidson of Salem, VA; his son Jake Farel of Sumter, SC; and his siblings, Matt Farel (Lia) of Damariscotta, Maine, Marcy McKean (Tom) of Atlanta, Georgia and Amy Merrill (Jonathan) of Atlanta, Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
