It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas Edward Yopp of Salem, Virginia, who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Yopp and Garnet Collins Yopp; his brothers, Darden, Harold and Steve; and his uncle Kenneth Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Yopp; his daughter Diane; his son-in-law Donald "Duck" Waldron; his granddaughter Keri Hodges (Jarrett); his sisters, Martha Cole, Carol Hodges (Mike), Phyllis Hodges (Roger) and Donna McDaniel (Lewis); his sisters-in-law, Martha Obenchain, Debbie Yopp and Carolyn Yopp; his pet Max; and his close friend Tom Huff. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
