He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney E. Meadors and Virginia Arthur McFalls; his former wife Nancy Arlene "Ethel" Gay Meadows; and his siblings, Charles Hazelwood Meadows (Drewry), Lester Lee Meadors, Sidney Edward Meadors, Jr., Calvin Edgar McFalls, Mary Frances Maddox (Johnny), Georgia Christine Meador Horne and Senora Leigh Meadors.
He is survived by: his wife Angie "Precious" Meadows of Salem; his son Eddie "Spike"; his daughter-in-law Monica Meadows of Eagle Rock; his daughter Angela LaChelle "Byrd" Meadows Bryant (Denny Hardy) of Salem; his sister Rose Marie Meadors Adams (Charles); his grandchildren, Brittany Alexis "Babygirl" Robertson, Anastasia Alexis Antoinette "Lil'Pete" Meadows, Corey Seth "Chubs" Bryant and Dustin Jayce "Bruiser" Webb; his great grandchild Jayceon "Jaycee" Zamir Bryant; and his siblings-in-law, Wanda, Robert Lynch, Joyce Ann Gay and Maynard Horne. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
