It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elva M. Miller of Salem, Virginia, who passed away on October 29, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Ray Miller, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Pauletta Smith (Don); her grandchildren, Christopher Smith (Diana) and Deanna Smith Tischer (Karl); her great grandchildren, Andreanna Johnson (Kyle), Gabriella Smith and Evan Smith; and her great great grandchild Kinsley Johnson.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
