We bid farewell to Emily Logan Oliver of Salem, Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 9, 2025 at the age of 26. Emily Logan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Wayne Oliver and Robert Hawley; and her great-grandparents, Thomas Early Crowe, Mary Edith Crowe, Versey King and Lillian King.
She is survived by: her parents, Betsy Crowe and Jeff Oliver (Lora); her siblings, Zachery Oliver (Madison) and Michaela Johnson; her siblings' children, Lillie Oliver and Daniel Blankenship; her grandparents, Darlene Hawley, Sherry and Clifford Crowe; her aunt Diana Testerman (Darrel); her uncle Glenn Crowe (Soo); her cousins, Christopher Stuart, Theodore Crowe (Marisa Leinenweaver) and Seth Crowe; and her close friends, Selena and Emilia. She is also survived by great aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel (305 Roanoke Blvd, Salem, VA 24153). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Sherwood Memorial Park (1250 E Main St, Salem, VA 24153).
