Ethel Lucille Collins Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on July 27, 2023, at the age of 84, Ethel Lucille Collins (Salem, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Claude Stepp and Margaret Stepp; her siblings, Maxine Allen, Dorothy Cline, Beulah Harman, Charlene Allen Emily, Millie Stepp Blankenship, Ruth Lester, Ellamae Stepp, Dewey Stepp, Claude Stepp Jr. and William Filmore "Bill" Stepp; her husband George Collins; and her sons, George Robert Collins and Claude Riley Collins. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, in accordance with Lucille's wishes, the family requests donations be made to Green Ridge Baptist Church in Roanoke, Virginia to be used to provide school supplies for local children in need.
