He was predeceased by: his wife Cerelia Pruett Eastridge; his parents, Leslie F. Eastridge and Minnie McCracken Eastridge; his siblings, L. F. Eastridge (Pearl) of Daytona Beach, FL., Warren Eastridge (Irene) of Saltville, Dale Eastridge (Mackie), Robert Eastridge (Ruth) of Tampa, FL., Harry Eastridge (Mary Lou) of Phoenix, AZ., Leola Yarber (Ted) of Bristol, VA. and Revonda Emerick (Johnny) of Tampa, FL.; and his granddaughter Sally Ann Kiser.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Eastridge (Jessica) and Robin Church (Steve); his grandchildren, Brian Kiser (Chris), Stephen Church Kenna and Emily Martinez (Jorge); and his great grandchildren, Bryson Adrian and Diego Martinez.
