He is survived by: his children, Deborah Elizabeth Myers (Rick) of Lindside, Lisa Boone Flora (Terrill) of Roanoke, Virginia and George A. Boone, III (Trilyon); his grandchildren, George Michael Kalafut (Monet) of Japan, Thomas Hunter Kalafut of Roanoke, Leanna Marie Aldridge of Floyd, Michelle Caitlin Housemen of Salem, Noah Benjamin Shelton of Roanoke, Lane Boone (Andrea) and John Calvert; his great grandchildren, Gavin Boone and Eli Calvert; his siblings, Richard Boone and Sue Leslie (Russell); and his close friend Loretta A. Epperley. He is also survived by numerous other great -grandchildren.
