He was predeceased by: his father Luther Wade; his wife Gloria Lackey Wade; and his siblings, Clifton Wade, John Wade, Leonard Wade and Ruth Wade Beheler.
He is survived by: his children, Laurel M. Wade and David B. Wade; and his grandson Matt Wade. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
