It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Houston Delano Bowman of Salem, Virginia, born in Floyd, Virginia, who passed away on May 10, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Sanford Fret; and his brother LeRoy Bowman. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bowman; his children, Randy Delano Bowman, Rex Lynn Bowman, Carey Ross Bowman, Mary Frances Bowman, Dale Lee Bowman and Rick Allen Bowman; his sister Lucille Spangler; and his pet Princess Sadie Ann Bowman. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
