He is survived by: his wife Sherry Jeannine Butterworth; his daughters, Mary Kristen Black (Benjamin) and Beth Ann Butterworth (Dean Evans); his granddaughters, Hannah Grace Cubitt and Kylie Elise Black; his brother Kenneth Russell Butterworth (Evelyn); his son-in-law Todd Cubitt; his nieces and nephews, Lory Ann Cook, Sabrina Greer, Jamie Lee Butterworth and Sean Greer; and his sister-in-law Leona Greer.
