He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Wooldridge and Minnie Sue Wooldridge; and his siblings, Lewis, Eddie, Ray Wooldridge, Ora Mae Arnold and Glenna Hogan.

He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Wooldridge (Meredith) and Jason Wooldridge (Jennifer); and his sister Wanda Overstreet (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and may special friends.
