She was predeceased by: her parents, John Winifred Green, Jr. and Virginia Lea Green; and her brother John Michael Green. She is survived by: her children, Richard Alan Forth (Tara) and Wendy Anania (Rick Fields); her grandchildren, Connor Forth, Keaton Forth, Joey Anania and Dino Anania; her great grandchild Greysen; and her sisters, Joyce Donley (Ron) and Jane Armstrong (Thomas). She is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
