She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Mowles and Glenna Mae Mowles; her siblings, Betty Jane Winstead and Ronald Mowles; her son David Journell; and her granddaughter Melissa Wertz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Journell (Melanie) and Debra Wimmer (Mark); her daughter-in-law Kim Journell (David); her grandsons, Billy Journell (Patricia) and Timothy; her great grandchildren, Alexis, Allison, Preston, Emma, Amaya, Liam and Natalie; Nathan, Emily Journell (Justin) and Leslie James (Alex). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
