He is survived by: his wife Sue Goad Whitlock; his children, Yvette Duncan, Crystal Nation, Cynthia Whitlock Lichtenstein and Joseph Andrew Whitlock (Bekah); his brother Mitchell Whitlock (Teresa); his sisters-in-law, Mrytle Clark and Ruby Ratcliffe; his grandchildren, Josh Wheeling, Tommy Gillis, Tyler Conner, Reese Whitlock, Kellen Walthall, Gracie Walthall, Emma Ruth Lichtenstein and Joseph Michael Whitlock; and his niece Crystal Sumner (Geoff). He is also survived by cousins and special friends.
