She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lee Burton; her son Andrew Stephen Burton; her parents, Maurice Edward and Pauline Farmer Smith; and her brother Maurice Warner Smith.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Matthew Scott, Rebecca Erin and Maigen Grace Burton; her daughter-in-law Melanie Lynne Burton; and her siblings, Barbara Smith Nash, Sandra Smith Kidd (Garland) and Frankie G. Smith (Frances).
