With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Cox (Salem, Virginia), who passed away on August 26, 2021 at the age of 77.
Judy L Ayers Cox passed away on August 26, 2021. She was born on June 15, 1944 to the late Jim & Laura Ayers.
In addition to her parents she is proceeded in death by her husband Eddie, her son Anthony, her sisters Maxine, Edith, Margaret, Betty & Jackie. Her brothers Joe, Pete, Sylis, Bill, Dennis & Benny.
Left to mourn her passing : daughter Edwynna & husband Stephen, granddaughters Evyn & Ellie, one sister Jean, & a host of nieces, nephews, other family members & friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 31st 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel (305 Roanoke Blvd, Salem, VA 24153). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 31st 2021 at 3:00 PM at the same location with Pastor Roger Counts officiating. Burial will follow at Shrewood Burial Park in Salem, Virginia
